I am a sole proprietor — can I apply?
Yes — if you have a tax certificate and business-opening licence, you can apply as a sole proprietor. Just enter your national ID in the tax-number field.
I have several branches — must I apply for each separately?
No — you can add all your branches in one application. During onboarding we clarify branch details and publish each as a separate page on Sporara. A shared tax certificate is valid.
My business licence is being renewed — can I apply?
Yes, provide the old licence number and attach the renewal letter. The new licence must arrive before going live — typically a 4–6 week wait.
Is insurance mandatory?
Professional liability insurance is not mandatory to apply. Venues that carry their own policy can highlight it on their listing — it builds guest trust and lifts booking rates.
When is commission deducted and when am I paid?
Sporara's commission is taken the moment the customer pays; the rest waits until the 1st for transfer. On the 1st of each month the previous month's earnings go to your bank account. A summary report + e-invoice arrive the same day.
Do you take commission from customers who don't come via Sporara?
No. We only charge commission on bookings via the Sporara link, app or web page. Your existing loyal customers are entirely yours.
Who sets my pricing?
Entirely you. Sporara gives a price suggestion (market median by region & category), but the final price is in your hands. You make seasonal changes yourself via the panel.
What happens if my application is rejected?
Very rare — our rejection rate over the last 12 months is 3%. Usually due to missing documents or KYC results. You can re-apply after 3 months. Detailed feedback is sent by email.
