Is joining Sporara paid?
No, it's 100% free. Creating an account, publishing listings, messaging — we charge for none of them. We only take a 12% commission per successful booking.
When are my earnings transferred to my account?
Weekly automatic payout. Every Friday, all completed bookings from the previous week are deposited into your bank account with commission deducted.
I'm an individual instructor, am I a taxpayer?
Sporara supports you through the invoicing process. With the "Sporara Tax Support" service we activated in 2024, simple-procedure declarations are made for individual instructors.
Can I open multiple listings?
Yes, the number of listings is unlimited. An operator can have anywhere from 1 to 50+ listings. Our operator with the highest number of listings has 87 active listings.
How do I communicate with prospective guests?
Messaging opens the moment they book through Sporara. You can also share your phone and WhatsApp number with guests on your operator profile (optional).
What happens if I get a low review?
If your average drops below 3.5, Sporara contacts you and helps you improve. If it stays below 3 for 6 months, the account is put under review.
What happens if a guest doesn't show up?
The guest's right of withdrawal runs at the latest until the service starts. Once that point has passed, the full payment goes to the operator — that's the Sporara protection guarantee.
