The Istanbul September Padel Tournament brings Turkey's fastest-growing racket sport together with the electric energy of the city. On the weekend of 5-6 September 2026, padel enthusiasts from both sides of the Bosphorus meet as pairs on modern glass-walled courts. With the summer heat gone and a cool September breeze drifting off the strait, this is the perfect time of year to play. Whether you come from the lively clubs of Kadikoy and Atasehir or the premium venues of the European side, this tournament gathers Istanbul's competitive yet friendly padel spirit under one roof.
The event is played in pairs (two-player teams). The group stage uses an americano system so everyone gets plenty of matches, after which the top pairs advance to knockout rounds. This format guarantees many games and keeps the tempo high all day long. Matches follow standard padel scoring under experienced referees and a scoring desk.
There are beginner, intermediate and open (advanced) categories, so newcomers and seasoned players alike face opponents of similar strength. Separate draws are opened for mixed, women's and men's pairs. If you do not have a partner, you can request pairing during registration and be matched with a player at your level.
Registration is completed securely through Sporara in a few simple steps; places are limited, so early sign-up is recommended. The fixture and court schedule are shared before the event. At the closing ceremony, category champions receive trophies, medals and surprise prizes. Water, refreshments and a lounge area are available to all participants. Everyone who wants to crown their September in Istanbul with sport, competition and new friendships is welcome to this energetic padel gathering.

This tournament gathers that vibrant scene into a single weekend, becoming a hub for both competition and socializing.
The day starts with registration and a short technical briefing, followed by the americano groups. A midday break offers refreshments and rest, and the afternoon builds tension through the knockout rounds. The day closes with the finals and the prize ceremony. Participants only need to bring a racket and suitable sportswear; balls and court setup are provided by the organization.
8 groups × 4 teams, single round-robin. The top two of each group advance to the next round.
Single-match knockout from the quarter-finals onward. Extra time + penalties in case of a draw.
Teams consist of a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 6 players. ID details and a health report are required for each player. The registration fee is charged per team and is non-refundable for incomplete teams.
