The rocky area near the İnönü district of Eskişehir is one of the rare spots in Central Anatolia where rock climbing can be practiced. The andesite rocks feature routes of varying difficulty levels, and its proximity to the city center makes it ideal for day-trip climbing tours. Accompanied by steppe landscapes and scattered rock formations, this tour offers the opportunity to discover the lesser-known but technically rich climbing culture of Central Anatolia; the region is particularly well-known among weekend climbing groups. The open steppe terrain surrounding the cliffs also provides opportunities for short nature walks before and after climbing.
Transportation from Eskişehir city center to the region, climbing equipment (harness, rope, carabiner, helmet, climbing shoes), and technical instruction accompanied by an experienced climbing guide are included in the tour. Water and snacks are provided during the day, and the program includes an optional lunch break. At the beginning, rope tying and belaying techniques are explained, followed by gradual climbing under the guide's supervision, with routes determined according to each participant's level.
