All tour products listed on Sporara are sold by TÜRSAB-approved agencies. Organisations without a licence can apply as an individual instructor or partner with an authorised agency.

A TÜRSAB licence speeds up the application — you can submit the other documents partway. If a document is missing, our representative calls and helps complete it.

A list exclusive to Sporara.

We ask for fewer extra documents than classic OTAs — as long as your TÜRSAB licence is valid, operational details are approved quickly.

About the tour agency application — what you might ask.

I don't have a TÜRSAB licence — can I apply?

No — under law no. 1618, selling tours without a TÜRSAB licence is prohibited. If you provide services as an individual instructor (guide, skipper, ski coach), you can apply via the Individual instructor application page. Or you can be listed on Sporara as a partner of an existing TÜRSAB agency.

What difference does my TÜRSAB licence group (A/B/C) make?

It defines the scope of authorisation: Group A — all domestic & international services. Group B — domestic tours + limited international packages. Group C — domestic tours and transfers only. Sporara accepts all three groups; you only need to be Group A or B to list international tours.

My TÜRSAB licence is being renewed — can I apply?

Yes — you can apply by attaching the old licence number and the renewal letter. It runs in parallel with onboarding, provided the new licence arrives before going live.

How does TÜRSAB database verification work?

Sporara has an official integration with TÜRSAB. The moment you enter your licence number, instant verification runs: licence validity, group, visa date, disqualifications (if any). The licence number is checked without masking, but Sporara does not store it — it is used only during verification.

How do I add my branches?

After onboarding is complete, go to the agency panel and add them from the "Branches" tab. Multiple addresses under a single tax certificate are valid. Each branch can have its own contact details.

How does commission work — package price or transfer?

Sporara's commission is calculated on the net tour price. Taxes (VAT) and mandatory costs (e.g. site entrance tickets) are excluded. Discounted rates apply for early-booking campaigns and groups of 10+.

Can I sell my tour products outside Sporara too?

Yes — Sporara does not require exclusivity. You can also sell via your own website, Booking and GetYourGuide. We take commission on bookings that come through Sporara and do not interfere with those from elsewhere.

Who is responsible if there is bad weather or an operational cancellation?

The agency carries operational responsibility. For tours cancelled due to weather, Sporara refunds the customer 100% and you carry no liability — there is a separate procedure for these cases.

What if my application is rejected?

The rejection reason is usually TÜRSAB licence validity or a disqualification. Detailed feedback is sent by email; after correcting it you can re-apply within 6 months.
