Do I pay an extra fee to use the discounts?
No. Sporara membership is already free; the perks gateway is automatically open to members too. There's no extra dues or package fee for any brand. You just shop normally at the partner brand — the coupon applies at checkout.
Where do I get my coupon code?
Every perk card has a "Get code" button. When you tap it, a coupon code uniquely generated for your Sporara ID is shown on screen and also sent to Sporara → Wallet → Perks and to your email. The code is valid for 30 days.
What happens if the discount isn't applied?
Tap the "Open support" button for the relevant coupon under Sporara → Wallet → Perks. Our support team connects in about 28 seconds. If it's the partner brand's fault, we instantly refund the difference to your Sporara wallet.
Can I use more than one coupon at the same brand?
Check the "Usage frequency" line on the card. Most brand coupons are limited to once a month; at some brands (e.g. Trendyol Spor, Şişecam) it's unlimited. Decathlon is set at 10% once a year.
Does a cancelled booking also cancel the coupon?
No. Member coupons aren't tied to a booking cancellation — they stay open as long as you're a Sporara member.
Do I get the VAT invoice from the brand or from Sporara?
The partner brand you shop at always issues the invoice — Sporara doesn't act as an intermediary.
How do I submit my new partner suggestion, and when is it reviewed?
We review the requests from the "Suggest a brand" form in the first week of every month. We start talks with the 3 most requested brands; a partnership is announced within 6-8 weeks on average.
