Do I have to do them all on the same day?
No. When you buy the package, 3 separate coupons are added to your account. You can use each one within 30 days, on any date and with any participant you like. You can even gift one of them.
Can I do the 3 experiences with different people?
Yes. Each coupon is transferable on its own; you update the name and email at participation time and can make the reservation in someone else's name.
Can I gift the package?
Of course — check the "Gift It" option during purchase, and a digital certificate and personal message are sent to the recipient's email.
What happens if I don't use it within 30 days?
Unused coupons are automatically transferred to the Sporara Balance in your account at the end of 30 days. The balance can be used on any activity and never expires.
Can I cancel just one experience?
Each coupon in the package is independent; if you cancel one, the others stay active. For the whole package you can withdraw within 30 days of your order, at the latest before the first service starts. Coupons already used, plus any costs actually incurred and documented (pitch/facility allocation, transaction fees and similar), are deducted; if there are no such deductions, you get a full refund.
Cancellation and Refund Terms
Statutory cancellation notice (Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 & Distance Contracts Regulation):
Under Article 15(g) of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation for sports, entertainment, leisure and activity services that must be provided on a specific date or period.
If a booking is cancelled because of adverse weather or for reasons caused by the guide or operator, the Sporara Guarantee provides a full 100% refund or a free date change.
