What are the cancellation and refund terms?

Pursuant to Article 15(g) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts and Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, there is no statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation for sports, leisure and activity services provided on a specific date or period. However, in the event of mandatory cancellations due to adverse weather conditions or operator/guide issues, a 100% full refund or a free date change is provided under Sporara Guarantee.

What is included in the price?

The price includes: Toilet, Shower, Changing Room, Lockers, Free Wi-Fi. Personal expenses and optional add-ons are not included.

I've never done Windsurfing before — can I still join?

Yes. This experience is suitable for beginners, and a certified instructor guides you through every basic step. No prior experience or special preparation is required.

Membership is valid all year round. Court / pitch reservations are made from the member panel. For peak hours, booking 48 hours in advance is recommended.

Cancellation and Refund Terms

Statutory cancellation notice (Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 & Distance Contracts Regulation):

Under Article 15(g) of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation for sports, entertainment, leisure and activity services that must be provided on a specific date or period.

If a booking is cancelled because of adverse weather or for reasons caused by the guide or operator, the Sporara Guarantee provides a full 100% refund or a free date change.
