About the position
We are looking for an HR Manager to lead our people processes end-to-end as Sporara's team grows.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and running recruitment processes
- Building employee engagement, performance and development programs
- Overseeing payroll, personnel records and legal compliance
- Developing HR policies that strengthen company culture
What we look for:
- 5+ years of experience in HR
- Strong command of labor legislation
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Preferably experience in tech / marketplace sector
