Kaş, home to the clearest coastline of the Mediterranean, is known as one of Turkey's most established diving centers. This 5-6 day residential scuba diving camp caters to both first-time trial divers and experienced divers looking to advance their certification. With visibility reaching 20-30 meters, steep rocky walls, and historical shipwrecks, Kaş offers an unforgettable experience ranging from underwater photography to the thrill of your first breath underwater.
Among the most famous spots off the coast of Kaş are the steep walls of Uzunburun, cave systems towards Kalkan, shipwreck areas where centuries-old amphora fragments can be seen, and shallow reefs with a high probability of encountering sea turtles. The Mediterranean water, which remains warm even in winter, reaches ideal clarity for diving in the summer months; the program includes open sea dives where you can observe all shades of blue, as well as exploration dives in rock cavities near the shore.
The camp fee includes accommodation, all meals, diving training accompanied by PADI or CMAS certified instructors, and the right to use basic diving equipment, including tanks and regulators. Dives are conducted at different points with daily boat trips; a gradual program starting with shallow water exercises is applied for those who want to try diving. Participants who wish to do so have the opportunity to take the internationally valid certification exam at the end of the camp.
The camp is open to anyone over the age of 12 who can swim and is in good general health; prior diving experience is not required. A safety briefing is provided before every dive, equipment checks are performed under instructor supervision, and depth-time tracking is ensured with dive computers. Our experienced instructor staff keeps group sizes within safe limits to provide individual attention to each participant; emergency protocols and first aid equipment are always kept ready on the boat and at the camp site.
