Safety

The buddy system is a core principle: you never dive alone, and your partner and instructor always watch you. Boat, water and emergency procedures are taught and maintained throughout, with gradual, controlled progress.

Best season and conditions

Training is most productive from late spring through autumn. Sheltered coves are little affected by wind, so mornings usually offer the best conditions for technical work.
