Safety

Safety is non-negotiable in freediving education. The buddy system is applied rigorously throughout, so you never dive alone. Your instructor stays beside you at every stage and teaches proper supervision and rescue techniques. Breath-hold times advance gradually within your capacity.

Best season and conditions

The most productive period for training around Oludeniz runs from May to October. The lagoon's sheltered structure keeps the water warm, calm and clear. Morning sessions offer the stillest water and sharpest focus.

Oludeniz is about half an hour from Fethiye center and a convenient drive from Dalaman Airport. The training meeting point is shared after booking.
