A Volleyball Summer School for Children in Diyarbakir

In Diyarbakir, the heart of Mesopotamia with its historic city walls and deep-rooted culture, we are organizing a warm volleyball summer school for your children. From 1 August to 1 September 2026, our children aged 6 to 14 will learn the fundamentals of volleyball in an enjoyable setting under the guidance of our certified children's coaches. In this program, worthy of Diyarbakir's hospitable and warm-hearted people, our aim is to help children form a loving bond with sport and gain healthy habits.

Age-Appropriate Groups and Fundamental Volleyball Skills

Because we know that every child develops at a different pace, we divide our participants into age groups. While our youngest children get to know the ball through play-based activities, the older groups learn fundamental volleyball skills such as the bump, the set and the serve step by step. Bearing Diyarbakir's hot summer climate in mind, we hold sessions at cooler hours and in suitable indoor settings, always putting our children's comfort first. Our coaches support their development without pushing any child too hard.

Health Supervision and Social Development

Providing an environment where you can entrust your child with confidence is our priority. Health and safety supervision is provided without interruption throughout the sessions; water breaks and proper warm-up and rest periods are applied meticulously. Volleyball is a team game, and here our children learn to share, to trust one another and to show solidarity.
