Beginner wing foil programme
The Cunda wing foil course progressively covers equipment orientation, safe handling, wing control and balance on the water. It is designed to help beginners become comfortable with the equipment and make controlled first attempts.
Calendar and lesson planning
Daily 10:00 starts are available from 13 August through 30 September 2026. Multi-hour courses are divided into sessions with the instructor according to wind conditions and participant progress.
