E-foil session structure
Each session consists of 15 minutes of theory followed by 30 minutes of on-water instruction. The Cunda e-foil course develops safe equipment use, balance and controlled riding step by step.
Calendar and lesson planning
Daily 10:00 starts are available from 13 August through 30 September 2026. Multi-hour courses are divided into sessions with the instructor according to wind conditions and participant progress.
