Your experience begins with a detailed breathing and safety briefing on land, with special attention to reading currents and entering and exiting the water. Your guide teaches relaxation and how to stay calm underwater. You then enter shallow water at a sheltered spot where the current is weakest and try your first breath-hold dives.
Who is it suitable for?
This experience suits anyone trying freediving for the first time who can follow guide instructions carefully. Basic swimming ability is required. Because this is a current-aware environment, full compliance with guidance is important. Consult a doctor beforehand if you have serious health conditions.

The best period is June to September, when water temperatures are comfortable and visibility is high. Depending on current and wind, session times are planned flexibly to catch the calmest, safest conditions.

The meeting point is in coastal areas near central Çanakkale, easily reached by public transport or car. The exact meeting point is set according to the day's current and sea conditions and shared after booking.
