1. Parties and Scope
These Affiliate Program Terms (the “Terms”) govern the relationship between publishers (“Publisher”) participating in the affiliate program of the Sporara platform (https://sporara.com), operated by Sporara Teknoloji Ticaret A.Ş. and Esteprime Özel Sağlık Turizm ve Danışmanlık A.Ş., and Sporara. By submitting the application form and having it approved by Sporara, the Publisher accepts these Terms.
These Terms apply together with the Sporara Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. In case of conflict on matters specific to the affiliate relationship, these Terms prevail.
2. Definitions
- Tracking Link: a link generated in the panel carrying the Publisher’s unique affiliate code.
- Attribution: the association of an order with a Publisher’s tracking link.
- Conversion: an order completed within the attribution window that is eligible for commission.
- Approved Sale: a conversion whose cancellation/refund period has elapsed and which has been approved by Sporara.
3. Joining the Program
Applications are reviewed by Sporara. Acceptance is at Sporara’s discretion and no justification is owed. Review is based on the content fit and traffic quality of the Publisher’s channel and typically takes 1–2 business days.
The Publisher warrants that the information provided in the application and in the panel is accurate and current. Participation is personal; accounts and tracking links may not be transferred to third parties.
4. Attribution and Tracking
- Attribution is performed via the
sp_refcookie stored in the visitor’s browser, with a lifetime of 30 days. - Last click wins: if the visitor clicks another Publisher’s link, attribution transfers to the newer link.
- Only one conversion is created per order.
- Attribution may fail if the visitor clears cookies, uses a different device or browser, or uses a cookie blocker. Sporara assumes no commission obligation in such cases.
- A Publisher cannot earn commission on their own orders; orders belonging to the Publisher’s own account are automatically excluded by the system.
5. Commission and Tiers
Commission is calculated on the amount charged by Sporara for the order. Discounts, coupon amounts and refunds are deducted from the calculation basis.
The commission rate is determined by the Publisher’s monthly approved sales volume and is recalculated each month:
| Tier | Monthly approved sales | Commission |
|---|---|---|
| Filiz | ₺0 – ₺25,000 | 2% |
| Fidan | ₺25,000 – ₺100,000 | 4% |
| Çınar | ₺100,000 – ₺400,000 | 6% |
| Çam | ₺400,000 and above | 8% |
Sporara may define different rates for specific categories, campaigns or individual agreements. The applicable rate is always the one shown in the Publisher’s affiliate panel.
6. Approval, Cancellation and Payment
- Conversions are initially “pending”. Once the service has taken place and the cancellation/refund period has expired, the conversion is approved.
- If the order is cancelled or refunded, or the service does not take place, the conversion is rejected and no commission accrues. Any commission already paid is offset against future earnings.
- Approved commissions are credited to the Publisher’s Sporara wallet.
- The minimum balance for bank withdrawal is ₺2,000. Balances below this threshold continue to accumulate in the wallet.
- Tax and statutory obligations rest with the Publisher. Sporara reserves the right to apply withholdings required by law. Where invoicing is required, payment is conditional upon submission of the relevant document.
7. Publisher Obligations
- Clearly disclose the commercial relationship with Sporara as required by applicable law (e.g. “partnership”, “advertisement”, “affiliate link”).
- Present Sporara pricing, campaign and service information accurately and keep it current; make no misleading claims.
- Ensure the publishing channel complies with applicable law.
8. Prohibited Practices
The following are strictly prohibited and, if detected, result in cancellation of commissions and closure of the account:
- Self-referral, fraudulent orders or generation of non-organic traffic.
- Cookie stuffing, hidden iframes, forced redirects and similar manipulative techniques.
- Search engine advertising on the “Sporara” brand name and its variants (without Sporara’s written consent).
- Creating domains, e-mail addresses, social accounts or applications that impersonate Sporara.
- Sending unsolicited bulk e-mail or messages (spam).
- Generating unauthorised discount codes or announcing campaigns not defined by Sporara.
- Publishing links on unlawful, hateful, adult or copyright-infringing channels.
9. Use of Brand Assets
Sporara grants the Publisher the right to use the Sporara logo and the promotional materials provided in the panel, for the duration of and solely within the scope of the program. This right is non-exclusive, non-transferable and terminates automatically when the program ends. Materials may not be modified.
10. Suspension and Termination
Either party may terminate participation at any time upon notice. Sporara may immediately suspend an account upon suspicion of a breach of these Terms and withhold payments until the review is concluded. Where a breach is established, the relevant conversions are rejected.
Upon termination, approved commissions not affected by a breach are paid subject to the ordinary payment conditions. Tracking links are deactivated upon termination.
11. Limitation of Liability
Sporara does not warrant that the program will operate uninterrupted or error-free. Sporara’s liability is in all cases limited to the commission amount paid to the Publisher for the period in question. Sporara is not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit.
12. Protection of Personal Data
Personal data processed within the program is handled in accordance with the KVKK Disclosure Notice and the Privacy Policy. The Publisher acts as an independent data controller for personal data collected on its own channel and is responsible for its own disclosure and consent obligations.
13. Changes
Sporara may update these Terms and the commission rates. Material changes to the Publisher’s detriment are notified via the panel or e-mail before taking effect. Continued use of the program after such notice constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Turkish law. The Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over any disputes.
