Safety

Safety is central. The buddy system is taught and practiced throughout, so you never dive alone. Breath-hold limits and descent depths grow under control, and rescue techniques are part of the skills taught.

Best season and conditions

The most productive window is June to October, with comfortable water, a calm sea, and high visibility. Mornings are calmest, and your instructor picks the best cove.
