What to expect

Your session begins on land with a breathing and safety briefing, where your guide explains diaphragmatic breathing and the central role of relaxation. After fitting your mask, fins and wetsuit, you enter a calm cove and befriend the water at the surface. With your guide an arm's length away, you make your first short descents, learning to equalize your ears and simply enjoy the calm. There is no pressure, only exploration.

Safety

You never dive alone; the buddy system is essential. Your guide accompanies every dive, watches your ascent and stays ready to assist. Breath-hold times follow your personal limits with no competition.

Best season and conditions

The Kaş season runs from May to late October, with June to September offering the calmest sea and warmest water. Mornings are especially favored for still conditions.

Location and access

Kaş lies west of Antalya, about three hours from Antalya Airport, easily reached by road via Fethiye and Kalkan. Dive sites sit close to the harbor, and meeting details are shared after booking.
