Best season and hours

Antalya's greatest advantage is its climate that remains sunny and warm even in winter; therefore the period from October to April is the golden season for open-air tennis. In these months the weather is neither too hot nor cold, and you can play comfortably all day. In summer, it is most pleasant to schedule the experience in the cool of the morning or the late afternoon, because the sun and humidity can be intense at midday. The sea breeze softens the summer heat somewhat on courts near the coast.

What will happen during the experience?

Our guide welcomes you and starts with a light warm-up. Then, in a warm and supportive setting, you experience the basic movements, from gripping the racket correctly to hitting the ball cleanly. Forehand, backhand and simple serve attempts unfold not in an exam atmosphere but with an ease befitting the holiday spirit. Our guide gives you small tips, but the real aim is your enjoyment. Water breaks are taken and conversation flows; afterward you can take a walk on the beach, enjoy the sea and cool off.

What to bring

Antalya's sun is strong, so do not forget a hat, sunglasses and high-factor sunscreen. Choose breathable, light-colored sportswear and good sports shoes. Rackets and balls are provided by us, but if you wish to come with your own racket, we welcome it gladly. Drinking plenty of water is very important, especially in the hot months. The experience lasts on average one and a half to two hours, and the group is kept small so everyone gets enough time on the ball.
